Background: After the VISA/MasterCard case was filed over 18 years ago, and over 5 years since the court approved the September 18, 2018 Class Settlement Agreement, the Class Administrator of the $5.5 billion payment card interchange fee settlement fund has mailed out claim forms to retailers/marketers who may be eligible for a share of the Settlement Fund. In August 2024, the Court granted an extension of the claims-filing deadline. The deadline to submit claims is now February 4, 2025 (original deadline was August 30, 2024). Read more here.
