Thank You Outgoing PPA Directors

The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association would like to recognize and thank the following individuals for their dedicated service, who ended their 3-year Board of Directors term on December 31, 2025.

“The PPA is extremely fortunate to have high-quality leaders within our Board of Directors,” said PPA Executive Vice President & Secretary Ted Harris. “We would like to personally thank our outgoing directors for the positive influence they made on the association during their tenure, and we look forward to continuing that momentum with our newly elected incoming directors”.

The PPA would like to welcome Alexandra Vespico (Alexa Energy), Allen Zerbe (Kauffman Gas), Don Fegley (Fegley Oil Company), and Kellen Cromie (Glassmere Fuel Service) who will be joining the PPA Board of Directors to serve three years terms starting January 1, 2026 in addition to Ryan Brook (Guttman Energy) and Kate Duffey (D.E. Duffey & Son) who were appointed to seperate terms.
