Save The Date: PA To Open LIHEAP Heating Assistance Program Early This Year

PPA has learned the Department of Human Services will open the Low Income Energy Assistance Program for applications on October 18, about two week earlier than usual.
Although the details are not yet available, PPA understands there may be an increase in cash and crisis grant amounts for this year.
