The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association Technical Education Center (PPATEC) offers leading hands-on training solutions for the HVAC and energy industry. The program offers a pathway for individuals to enter into the trades as well as recurring training options for employers who want to develop their team. The majority is specifically tailored for energy marketers and HVAC contractors. Member companies contribute to coursework to help design training programs that offer students a direct, hands-on learning experience. This experience results in strengthening the professional skills of companies’ employees and ensuring they have and maintain proper industry certification.
