Deadline July 9 To Apply For $225 Million To Help Businesses Thru State

July 9 is the last day to apply for the first round of grants from the $225 million in federal CARES Funding to help small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Small businesses need to apply through local Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).

Grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 will be available.

Applications will continue to be accepted after the July 9 deadline, but will be considered for future rounds of funding, as this is not a first-come, first-served program. Applications will be prioritized and selected for funding based on the program criteria. Read more here.
